After a call with Laura you will receive a booking confirmation with time/date.
You will be asked to fill in the onboarding form explained below.
During your appointment?
Make sure you wear comfortable loose clothing.
Bring a water bottle.
Our fees & service agreement
By proceeding with an appointment and returning your onboarding form your are agreeing to our process and terms outlined below.
Our Fee Structure
Initial consult fee 2 hours at $200
Ongoing 1.5 hour session $160
On-going 1 hour session $150
Kids or teens 1 hour counselling session $140
Infared Sauna up to 60-minute session $30
Fees will be paid directly after the session, via bank card or cash.

I declare that the information provided in the onboarding form is true and correct and indemnify Inward Bound Therapies of any liability for any false or misleading statements given. It is understood and accepted that the treatment is of therapeutic nature and not of a diagnostic/curative approach. It is also understood and accepted that the results of the treatment are not guaranteed in any way. The data taken will remain the property of Inward Bound Therapies as part of case history records, as are all notes and data taken in every session. In addition, I understand that a copy of any kept personal records will be made available to me by Inward Bound Therapies within 48hrs upon my request at any such time. Please give at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Note: a 50% charge is made when adequate notice is not given for missed appointments. If you need to change or amend session a phone call needs to be made to 0478 921 779 and if not answer a message to be left.
Confidentiality statement
Health information is regarded as one of the most sensitive types of personal information. As a PACFA registered Counsellor, my practice is grounded within the PACFA Ethical Framework. Everything shared in therapy with me is strictly confidential between you and me. The only exception to our confidentiality agreement is if I would deem you to be of risk of harming yourself or others.
As part of my professional practice, I am required to keep brief notes between sessions. These are kept electronically via an online system called HALAXY or via paper note and locked in a filing cabinet. I do not reveal your name and are safely stored & in compliance with the 1988 Privacy Act of the Commonwealth and the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002.
It is important to mention is that I have ongoing supervision. My supervisor is also under confidentiality. In supervision, I may disclose your age and certain circumstances, however I would not reveal your name.
